Dr. Sameh Kamal Abdelaziz

A practicing lawyer, a law school professor at Helwan University, and a registered arbitrator in the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration. Dr. Abdelaziz obtained his LLB from Cairo University in 1984, and in 1989 he continued his pursuit of an academic career through obtaining a Master degree in International Economic Law from the University of Burgundy in Dijon, France, followed by a PhD in Public international law in 1995.

In addition to the above, Dr. Abdelaziz worked as a public prosecutor and a Judge from 1986 until 1993. During this period Dr. Abdelaziz spent a four months training at the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Bobigny in Paris.   

Dr. Abdelaziz has an outstanding academic career, he conducted a seminar for advanced studies in Public and private International law for professionals at The Hague Academy for International law, and he went to Stanford on a scientific mission. Finally, Dr. Abdelaziz is a member in several renowned institutions including; the Association Française de Droit International (AFDI), the Egyptian Association for International Law, L’ Institut International de Droit D’Expression et D’Inspiration Francaises (IDEF), the Association Egyptienne des Juristes Francophones (AEJF), and many more.
